“Tengo a mia madre”
“E una moglie?”“Una moglie? NO!

Michele has a mother and her two hands.
Michele has a gruff face and you think "better go away" but then he chases you and invites you to enter.
He makes ladders and wooden artifacts to sell at Christmas markets.
He was a carpenter and then he was a cemetery guardian, but "then I left because I dreamed of the dead even during the day".
Michele works in a ruin at the foot of the Limatola Castle. He collects wood in the nearby woods, selects the pieces and groups them neatly.
Unfortunately, he can't manage to tighten the lanyard anymore because he had a hand accident, and then it costs € 1.30 per ball, so he uses the twine but many people buy the ladders anyway.
He cooks a hot dish, or the neighbor brings him something when she promises it and "remembers".
In his garden there is life accumulated in layers, even objects that tell a house and a woman.
“Mr. Michele, do you have a family?
"I care about my mother"
“And a wife?” “A wife? NO! No, no… ”he shakes his head, looking down
