Mario became a farmer by passion and together with some friends he takes care with love and dedication of some plots of land distributed between the area of ​​Sant'Agata dei Goti and in the province of Naples. Seasonality is fully respected, no pesticides or other chemical agents are used, and soils and water are checked periodically. The harvest is done weekly and based on orders from customers who contact them, they prepare the bustoni in which they can add wine and very fresh eggs which they obtain from trusted producers.

Mario then deals with door-to-door distribution.

Theirs is the Flying Garden through which food culture is transmitted, as well as healthy food for stomachs and for the soul.
